Quarterly update (2018)

It’s been a good first quarter of the year (2018.) Highlights have included …

    • Designed and delivered a bespoke training course for Fife Gingerbread Trust employees on facilitating meetings, specifically around case meetings. Participants found the course relevant and they cited the sections most beneficial were; structure of meetings – specifically around the benefits of having in place an agenda and meeting  objective(s) – in addition to tips on dealing with negative expressions during meetings. Designing training is an area that I love getting involved in because it gives me the opportunity to research new developments in a particular topic and provide a customised program specific to my client’s needs.

    • Delivered GDPR awareness sessions targeted for SME’s to help them prepare their business for the new data protection regulation. To date, courses have been delivered to 38 Fife based businesses and four webinars have been delivered in response to the increased demand amongst business owners located outside Fife that were unable to attend the classroom course.
