What an amazing year 2016 has been for me. I decided to set up my own business providing Leadership Development and Consultancy and I haven’t looked back! The past quarter reflects the variety of work undertaken which has included the following….
- 1:1 coaching to a highly successful Architect keen to develop his business whilst juggling work life commitments. Here’s the wonderful comments he made at the end of the coaching program…

- Designed and delivered a leadership program for a Client who has 22 Care Homes around Scotland. The program was rolled out to senior care workers and covered aspects like attendance management, performance management and managing time effectively.
- Further to a request from a Client who sought a ‘Customer Service’ skills program as part of a strategy to protect the business from the unfortunate media attention that affected the Amusement park industry and comments made on trip advisor; I was able to design and deliver a bespoke program which was then rolled out to his 200+ staff. Comments included…“Jacqueline was excellent at delivering the course”
